Job Description
The candidate will focus on delivering new value in response to customer needs, market conditions, and the competitive landscape. This will be accomplished through close collaboration with key stakeholders inside and outside of Predictive Analytics. The successful candidate will be capable of identifying opportunities, define potential products and associated value propositions, and ensure goals are aligned with the overall business strategy. You will:
  • Lead a team of Product Strategists, reporting to the Head of Product
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Market Strategy to define product roadmap and strategic initiatives.
  • Work with other MA's lines of business to ensure that wider business objectives are met.
  • Support and research strategies to grow revenue, client base and increase retention.
  • Coordinate regular competitive landscape analysis and identify gaps in our product offerings.
  • Identify and incubate new product, business, data and technologies that drive product, business, and organizational goals.
  • Develop ideas and business justification for new products and product enhancements.
  • Track regulatory developments to identify opportunities to market the product to satisfy regulatory mandates.


  • Deep knowledge of the Credit Risk business, use cases, market trends, competitive landscape
  • Ability to think outside the box and analyse data, qualitative client feedback to generate creative solutions.
  • Proved leadership skills gained in past similar roles
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills required, with the ability to build strong professional relationships with internal colleagues and senior stakeholders on the customer's side.
  • Prior working experience in a strategy or consulting role strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of regulatory environments affecting banking, insurance, pension and asset management a plus.
  • MBA required
