Agile Leadership Development Program Manager

PI Agile Leadership Development Squad is looking for an experienced, driven program manager to deploy programmatic development solutions to enrich our eLearning offerings. We reimagine learning to accelerate proficiency by building the programs, , technologies and mechanisms that make upskilling and learning relevant, just in time and globally available for all PI Home Office associates. You will design and develop data driven, customer-informed, outcomes-based, embedded assessment online learning designs that are grounded in learning science principles.

We are looking for someone with a passion for learning and experience applying knowledge of learning science, design, and instructional technologies to create and improve learning environments at scale. The role will continuously improve learning programs using an array of creative approaches which drive productivity, innovation, and operational excellence. You will partner with learning consultants to design as well as shape, execute, and scale global learning programs.

  • Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that advance learning experience objectives
  • Develop program assessment metrics and processes for evaluation and improvement
  • Lead all aspects of multiple project teams comprised of advisory boards members, enterprise partners, external vendors, and your peers within your own team, ensuring program goals are reached

The Expertise and Skills You Have
  • 7+ years of project or program management experience
  • Leveraging user experience design strategies to pin-point needs, align on desired outcomes, learning objectives, and measurements strategies to launch, manage, and track program success
  • Understanding of managing comprehensive programs through various individual and group learning models
  • Infusing advanced technologies to support design and deployment
  • Managing programs that deliver targeted upskilling, embedded practice opportunities, and prescriptive experiences
  • Maximizing utilization of all development and learning platforms to create a integrated learning experience
  • Incorporating assessments, continuous feedback, and sustainment measures to validate proficiency growth
  • Deploying learning programs across global cohorts and audiences
  • Planning and executing cross functional large group learning experiences such as hackathons or jam sessions
  • Partnering across key stakeholders to support end to end execution
  • Conducting regular program effectiveness checks
  • Strategically applying user experience methods to precisely identify learner preferences
  • Agile mind set and leadership principles, experience managing delivery in matrix organizations
  • Flexibility and experimentation, "scan, try, scale" accompanied by a "fail fast" attitude
  • Ability to take in feedback, information, and data, and organize it into a cohesive program plan
  • Skilled in collaborating across a cross-functional team and working individually
  • Assessing and monitoring progress against goals, objectives, and key performance indicators to provide insights about program effectiveness
  • Ability to adjust plans to meet changing requirements in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborator with an ability to influence others and build trust, enabling a positive, open environment of problem solving and experimentation
  • Comfortable with complexity and ambiguity and breaking work down into manageable activities
  • Innate ability to lead as well as directly contribute to hands-on work on teams to optimally deliver on innovation initiatives
  • Effective facilitator and change agent who can brainstorm with the team to generate solutions that address challenges and roadblocks to accelerating value delivery
  • Skilled at monitoring budgets and identifying cost savings

The Team

The Agile Acceleration & Digital Business Practices team is responsible for partnering in the redesign of enterprise business practices, processes, and tools to increase access to real-time data for decision making, prioritization and execution across the PI portfolio of work.
