Job Description:

We are seeking an AE who will successfully promote and sell Fidelity Health Savings Account (HSA) and Reimbursement Account services to upper market corporate and/or tax-exempt employers. Our prospects are primarily current Fidelity retirement plan clients; however, the candidate will also look for new-to-Fidelity client opportunities and will possess the potential to engage in multi-product sales. Requires up to ~60-75% travel.

POSITION CAN BE LOCATED ANYWHERE IN UNITED STATES

The Expertise We're Looking For
  • FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses or ability to acquire upon hire
  • Background with HSA, H&W, and/or financial services
  • Experience with closing enterprise sales in the national accounts market
  • A natural fit within Fidelity's culture of partnership and ethics
  • College degree preferred

  • Strong interpersonal, influencing, and negotiating skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently with little supervision
  • Effective presentation skills
  • Proficiency in the use of Salesforce.com and other tools for reporting and forecasting

  • Developing and executing a plan for selling the products to workplace customers
  • Navigating a complex organization and managing internal and external relationships to uncover and qualify sales leads
  • Assessing customer potential, understanding customer needs, presenting the product value proposition, and closing sales
  • Translating feedback from the field to continuously improve the product and the effectiveness of sales and marketing efforts
