The Opportunity
This position will support the consolidated reporting processes in Shared Services FP&A, which is responsible for operating expenses of support functions, the annual and periodic budgets, monthly forecast updates, and reporting variance analysis of monthly and quarterly results, strategic planning, and other business analysis.
The Work Itself
  • Help lead the operating expense reporting transformation efforts by enhancing and streamlining management reporting
  • Support the execution of key strategic CFO priorities
  • Create essentialism reporting strategies to better serve leadership in decision making
  • Identify and execute process optimization opportunities within the areas for which you are responsible
  • Develop and update management review materials (business plan, forecast updates, quarterly results, etc.)
  • Collaborate with various finance partners across the CFO Group to ensure enterprise objectives are met
  • Interpret financial and operational data and effectively illustrate/communicate links to business performance
  • Ensure strong control environment within the areas for which you are responsible
  • Contribute to ad hoc analytical projects as necessary both within and beyond your primary area of focus
The Skills You Bring
  • BS/BBA degree in Accounting/Finance or related field required
  • Advanced degree or CPA/CFA (or working toward) preferred
  • Advanced Excel and Hyperion skills desired
  • Consistent track record of driving for results with minimal ongoing direction
  • Experience with process optimization and reporting automation preferred
  • Attention to detail balanced with knowing the right altitude necessary to deliver on requirements
  • Upbeat and inquisitive, quick learner, takes initiative
  • Ability to work in a complex matrix organization and to operate in ambiguity
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal
