The Role

The Fidelity Asset Management Solutions (FAMS) tribe is seeking a strategic leader who blends technology and business expertise with a passion for mentor and leading teams within the agile model. This position requires a hardworking leader and collaborator, who demonstrates analytical thinking, active listening, and champions continuous improvement. This role is essential to drive high quality, coordinated customer experiences across our Salesforce platform.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring
  • Min of 6 years IT experience and leading and developing robust teams
  • Min of 2 years of experience working in an agile delivery environment
  • Min of 3 years of experience delivering Salesforce.com solutions and leading teams on the Salesforce.com platform, including custom development and vendor integration
  • Expertise working closely with business and technology partners to establish both strategic direction and tactical execution plans, and turning these plans into action
  • Experience hiring, mentoring and coaching cross-functional associates. Foster an environment where associates can develop and thrive in an innovative learning culture.
  • Demonstrated expertise delivering solutions with the Salesforce.com platform in an agile delivery framework. Experience leading and managing a Salesforce implementation. Extensive Salesforce platform experience and understanding of: SalesCloud, ServiceCloud, MarketingCloud, Salesforce Lightning, and Einstein Analytics/TableauCRM. Salesforce certifications a plus.
  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for engineering excellence, empowerment of individuals/team, innovation, continuous improvement, collaboration and must be someone who's eager to learn and teach every day.
  • Actively crafting and maintaining the culture within the chapter based on Fidelity and agile leadership behaviors.
  • Continuously developing & maintaining outstanding chapter expertise and talent in support of the squads & tribes with the right level of knowledge and skills.
  • Overseeing the performance of chapter members, providing feedback and coaching
  • Sharing knowledge and expertise within and outside of the chapter - ensuring the "how" of the work performed by chapter members is aligned with established road maps and guardrails.
  • Collaborating with other chapter leads to ensure a common vision & proactive communication, both, horizontally and vertically.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science (or equivalent STEM discipline)

The Asset Management Technology (AMT) FAMS Distribution team develops innovative sales and servicing solutions needed to support the institutional marketplace. We operate using an agile mindset, culture, and principles to deliver solutions that enable FAMS client facing associates to work efficiently and effectively in supporting the needs of their clients.
