Senior Manager, Analytics and Insights (Acquisition)

The Purpose of Your Role

Fidelity is looking for an accomplished analytically driven professional whose creativity and intellectual curiosity will identify new opportunities and analyses to explore, particularly around acquiring new customers. The work will include delivering action-oriented, customer-focused insights using rigorous analytical methodologies across a vast set of data sources. This hire will have the vision, structured thinking and business savvy to see how data can lead to understanding audiences, to build learning agendas and test plans and to help business partners develop high-impact, efficient experiences.

They will be part of an existing team of hardworking cross-functional members partnering together to build innovative customer acquisition strategies.

The Expertise we're looking for
  • 6+ years of validated experience bringing a data-directed approach to strategic business decision making
  • Expertise with industry-leading analytics approaches (e.g., digital analytics, A/B testing, database analytics, data visualization) and tools (e.g., Adobe, Amazon Athena, Qlik, SQL, Tableau) to transform data into impactful insights
  • Experience with exploratory data analysis using big data technologies / languages such as Hadoop, Hive, Python a plus
  • Prior work experience at a leading digital company, financial services firm, or consulting firm/agency
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative / technical field such as Engineering, Economics, Statistics. MBA or Master's degree a plus
  • Naturally collaborative with experience working in an Agile environment, including with remote teams, both on and offshore.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, project management and presentation skills, and the ability to communicate sophisticated data and statistics in a simple and clear way
