In Technology, we support First Republic's employees and clients through the acquisition, integration and management of the Bank's information technology systems and services. The Core Vendor Liaison will ensure coordinated management of all 3 rd party vendors impacted by Core. A successful candidate will be well-organized, detail-oriented, timeline sensitive, have strong interpersonal skills and have excellent organization and communication skills.

What you'll do as a Contingent Vendor Liason:
  • Coordinate 3 rd party vendor management and oversight across all projects within Core
  • Handle 3 rd party escalations, risk and issues, triaging to leadership and owners as needed for resolution
  • Manage all vendor SOWs and Change requests for the program; track that all vendor invoices are billed appropriately in partnership with the Core Finance and Staffing manager
  • Coordinate with supporting functions such as vendor management
  • Take a hands-on approach to problem solving, working collaboratively across projects and the program

You could be a great fit if you have:
  • 3+ years of Project or Program Management experience
  • Bachelor's degree or higher degree
  • 2+ years of banking experience

Job Demands:
  • Must be able to review and analyze data reports and manuals; must be computer proficient.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively via telephone and in person.
