Job Description:

The Team

As a member of the Enterprise Technology and Business Management Team, the Standards Director will be responsible for leading the Jira Align Enterprise Standards and Configuration squad. This team is responsible for crafting and sharing enterprise standards to support the Jira Align implementation. You will define your roadmap and manage progress. You will work closely with business partners to build standards, gather feedback, assess impact, and implement. You will continue evaluate standards and dependencies and look for opportunities for efficiency and scale.

The Expertise You Have
  • Extensive technology program/project management experience working across multiple business units
  • Outstanding communication, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Enterprise-wide experience in driving results, standard methodologies, and strategic change initiatives
  • Flexibility to both lead and contribute to teams
  • Lead and conduct business analyses in order to formulate and make recommendations
  • Create and document backlog (write user stories, acceptance criteria, support prioritization, refinement, etc.)
  • Collaborate closely with business partners, development teams, and/or external vendors on plans, project management, requirements, design, testing, and implementation of solutions throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Agile experience required
  • JIRA / JIRA Align experienced preferred
  • 10+ years technology project management experience, ideally working in an Agile Scrum environment, with ability to work across multiple multi-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
